1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the developer's application. The developer does not control and is not responsible for third party sites to which the user can go to the links available in the Developer Application.
2.4. The developer does not check the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User Application Developer.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. Application developers do not collect or transmit personal data. Applications Developer transmit only the technical data, such as IP-address, date and time of use, and the version of the operating system type, manufacturer and model of your mobile device, the user, and the version of the application ID, the statistics using various features of the application.
3.2. The User agrees to use the developer obtained by the above data, as well as the collection, storage, systematization, destruction and transfer of affiliates Developer to demonstrate how users use applications.
4. Collection of Personal Information User
4.1. Any information is used by developers only entirely without isolating individual users. General information helps developers identify common trends in use application and modify them for more convenient operation and is for internal analysis and research to improve the app.

4.4. Processing of users' personal data is performed without time limitation, by any legal means, including the information systems of personal data using automated or without the use of such funds.
5. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
5.1. Developer reserves the exclusive right to unilaterally amend the text of this Policy.
5.2. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement at http://chundra.info/privacy.html, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Policy.
5.3. The present policy and the relations between users and developers, arising from the application of this Policy shall be subject to the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
